As a trainer, it always pained me when students needed to board their young puppies because of the unknown care they would receive. That’s why we decided to offer boarding that targets the specific needs of young puppies!
Puppy Boarding is specially designed for puppies aged 10 to 20 weeks old (age exceptions may apply) Treated as our own - one puppy at a time!
We provide a low-stress, enriching environment that is perfect for puppy development that includes:
Daily enrichment activities. I.e., chew time, play time, learning games, etc.
Environmental socialization opportunities. I.e., exposure to new sights, sounds, surfaces, etc.
They'll learn manners** that are necessary for our household through reward-based methods. I.e., polite door manners, leash skills, kitchen etiquette, keeping four paws on the ground, redirecting puppy mouthing, etc.
We can accommodate puppies with separation anxiety
A safe and clean environment. I.e., a fully fenced and cross-fenced yard, not left unattended, a puppy-proofed house, shared items are washed between each visitor, eliminations are removed promptly, etc.
Must be up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, negative fecal test, and veterinary Rx flea control. For stays of four or more days, $175 per day. (One to three-day stays $185 per day.) Optional add-ons:
Cooperative Nail Trim training! $75 (Three or more day stay)
Off-property excursions! I.e., local parks, pet store, coffee shop, hardware store, trail walk, etc., $25 per adventure. (Three or more day stay)
We’re an educated team! Jen has been a professional dog trainer for 20 years and a conditioning coach for 10 years, and Ken has been a licensed veterinary technician and canine PT for over 20 years.
